JZC350 mixer is composed of 13 parts: mixing mechanism, feeding mechanism, water supply system, chassis and electricity.
1. Mixing mechanism
The mixing mechanism is composed of mixing drum, supporting wheel and transmission system. The mixing drum is the working part of the mixer. The mixing drum is biconical. There are two pairs of high and low pieces welded in the drum. They are arranged in a cross way and form a certain angle with the axis of the mixing drum. When the mixing drum rotates, the blades not only lift and fall the materials, but also make the materials move back in the axial direction. Therefore, the mixing movement is relatively strong, and the homogeneous concrete can be achieved after 35-45 seconds of mixing.
2. Feeding mechanism
The feeding mechanism is composed of feeding hopper, climbing ladder, lengthening track and landing track.
The lifting and climbing action of the feed hopper is driven by the output shaft of the gearbox through the feed clutch and the wire rope drum at the shaft end. The clutch is controlled by the manual control lever, and the upper limit position of the hopper is automatically disengaged by the limiting device.
3. Water supply system
The water supply system consists of motor, water pump, regulating valve and pipeline.
After the motor is electrified, the water pump can directly inject the water into the mixing drum, and adjust the water flow through the regulating valve. The amount of water required for mixing is realized by the time breaker in the electric box directly controlling the running time of the pump motor.
The chassis is welded by No.14 channel steel. There are two tires under it and a tow bar in front for towing. The front part of the yipan is also equipped with a front supporting wheel for parking or short distance transfer on the flat ground. Adjustable outriggers are installed at the four corners of the chassis. When the mixer is working, the outriggers are firmly supported to improve the stability of the machine. When the car is towing, it is necessary to turn over the front supporting wheel and hang it. It is also necessary to put the supporting leg in the highest position, position it with the bolt, and then install the spring to prevent vibration and bolt falling off.
